Exchanges & Refunds
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free exchanges for up to 15 days after you have received your order.
You can return your product for free and get either a store credit or a different product.
As per your statutory rights, you are also entitled to a refund within 14 days of you receiving your order, postage and package will need to be paid if the reason for the refund is a change of mind, rather than a product fault.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Customised items, once the design is approved are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send an email to either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name, address and order number
- The email should list the item(s) that are being returned, and your preferred option - credit, another product or refund to the original payment method.
- Unless the item is being exchanged, costs of returns will be borne by the buyer.
- Send all items back to us to the address that you will be provided with.
- Once the unworn/unused item has been received, your refund if requested will be processed within 7 working days, your replacement product will be dispatched immediately, or your store credit will be available instantly.
- Lost or damaged returns are at the buyers risk, it is recommended that recorded delivery postage methods are used.
