Personalising your Products

At RoyalDrip LDN we specialise in personalised Clothing, Accessories and Gifts.

As personalised products are not eligible for return (subject to your statutory rights) we follow a 4 step Quality Assurance process to ensure that the product is approved by the customer before it is manufactured.

Personalising your product

  1. Complete your order, add the relevant informaton to the Notes to Seller box at checkout.
  2. You will be contacted within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) with either a mockup of your actual product or a picture of the final wording/personalisation
  3. You can either approve or amend the mockup/design/spelling (another version to approve will be provided wihin 24 hours (Mon - Fri)
  4. Once you approve the final proof, your order will be processed. Once order is processed is cannot be changed or refunded (subject to statutory rights)
  5. Depending on the product ordered, your order will be dispatched within 7 working days from the processing date.

Points to Note

  1. If after 3 days of sending your final proof and no response is received, your order will be processed EXACTLY as entered in the Notes to Seller box
  2. Add us to your contact list or check your spam email folder for your final proof email.
